Hello to all at PersonalTours.
Thanks to John (my first contact) to Diana Mills, Eric Stevens, and last but by no means
least,
to Michael (our wonderful, private guide) for three very enjoyable, private tours of Toronto,
to Kleinberg and the McMichael Gallery, as well as our Niagara Wine Country Tour.
Thanks to Diana's meticulous planning, everything went smoothly, the selected restaurants, each day
that you reserved, were excellent, and I appreciated the "VIP" treatment which ensured
carefully, selected dining tables and also, the private wine tastings.
The tour of "Pilliteri" estate winery's facilities was particularly interesting,
as none of
my party had previously seen the workings of a winery. Ice wine was
also,
a new experience for my U.K. family.
Thanks for sending the images which I have forwarded to my brother and his wife in England,
as well as to my sister in Scotland. I was especially pleased to see that, thanks to a thoughtful
neighbouring diner in Kleinburg, we have a good image of our guide for the three days.
Finally many thanks to Michael for his careful driving, his in-depth knowledge of the history
and points of interest, for his smooth handling of all the reservations, and for personally
taking all those photos. Given my sister's age (not to mention my own!)
this holiday may well be the last we will spend together, and our three days of touring
were highlights of our two weeks together in Toronto, which we will remember with pleasure.
Oh, and thanks to Michael's wife for the chilled bottled water!
I am glad to have found you, and will certainly recommend you to friends, and who knows,
perhaps have occasion to tour again with you in the future.

What a wonderful (Christmas) gift, our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren gave us...
a truly magical weekend in Niagara-on-the-Lake with our special guide.
Our private guide proved to be knowledgeable, patient, and charming as he put up
with the laughter, and antics of four, old folk having a wonderful time, tasting so many
great wines and delaying the schedule as we chatted with the winery hosts...
Lunch at the Epicurean was as yummy as he declared it would be, and his suggestion
of carrot cake and salad, to cover all food groups was sensational.
Our guide (Michael) is a true treasure who is well respected by the winery owners.
He shared his knowledge and we learned so much more than we would have with someone else.
We hope he had a safe trip back to Toronto on that snowy weekend.
