Please, thank our Private Tour Guide for his Superb services.
If it was not for him; our stay in Toronto would have gone down as one of our worst holiday experiences.
As it turns out it was one of our best, and this is 100% due to our private guide, and his love of his city, Toronto.
Upon meeting, he asked us what we thought of our B&B. When we told him, "not a lot", he asked what was wrong.
Upon telling him the faults and price we were paying, our private guide immediately, offered to call in at a hotel that your company recommends.
One look was all it took and for few dollars more than our B&B price, we were in a very nice hotel with a superb view out over Lake Ontario.
We then, left on our Niagara tour which was full of great sites. Our private guide's great knowledge gave us a better understanding of Niagara.
Upon our return to Toronto, our guide ensured our safe transfer from the B&B to our new hotel.
The following day, we took a tour of Toronto which was because we got on so well with our private guide, and his great help.
Our private guide took us to a few places not on our Itinerary which he knew we would be interested in.
The first being the park behind our hotel where he described the parks' creator who was also creator of many of Toronto's heritage buildings.
The CN Tower was also great as we were taken straight up as VIPs, and while in the rotating restaurant, our guide pointed out many major landmarks.
Also, your company found where we could purchase Blue Mountain Pottery and for a very reasonable price.
Thanks to our private guide, later that week on our own, we were able to navigate around downtown Toronto, much easier.
The lasting impression of Toronto will be of our personal guide, his great friendliness and desire to help save our holidiay
when all we had arranged was a Niagara tour.

From the time we were personally picked up at the door of our b&b in Niagra on the Lake,
